- We work with festival organisers of small to medium size festivals (up to 5000 capacity) to provide bell tent glamping options for customers, as well as Crew and Artist tents if required.
- We offer a scaleable solution with our mix of tent sizes and options – meaning we can cater to a diverse crowd of customers including families, couples and groups of friends.
- Our service can include full management of check-in with a reception tent and staff on-site to ensure a smooth experience for guests.
- We offer our own bespoke booking system creating a unique booking link for glamping at your event where customers can book and pay directly.
- We are happy to work on a revenue-sharing percentage basis.
- Our stock of 60 bell tents is more than enough to cover small to medium events and we usually work closely with organisers on siting, layout and health and safety.
Case study: Farmfest, July 2021, Somerset
Farm Fest was a 5000 capacity music festival held at Gilcombe Farm in Bruton, Somerset. In 2021 we provided the majority of glamping bell tents (including Crew and Artist tents) in collaboration with Crescent Moon Events Ltd. In total we provided 42 bell tents, with glamping tents spread across two areas and crew/artist tents in a separate area of the site.
